We took a deep dive into how emails are used in educational settings, pulling insights from various universities across the UK. Our analysis revealed major issues with time management, overwhelming email volume and insufficient training. As a result, we developed a strategic plan to introduce a specialized email management training program aimed at boosting productivity and supporting academic success.

Using IBM SPSS, we analyzed the survey data and Microsoft Office 365 adoption metrics with linear regression, correlation analysis and data visualization techniques. Our recommendations could boost productivity by 10% and improve employee engagement scores.
